    Nothing else new - at least not yet - so I'm going back to a new beer from yesterday: Imperial Trop Haze by Creature Comforts. It's already two months old, so I should drink the remaining cans relatively quick.

    Sick of being stuck with Jaguars games, so I finally gave in and got a VPN. I'm cheap AF (in the parlance of my partner's people, the Millennials), so even 2 bucks a month isn't something I do without reservation. But it's already worth it, especially when eating out isn't an option.

    Much of my career dealt with, inter alia, back injuries claims...sorry to hear of your injury but so happy to hear you did not go down the surgery rabbit hole...my occasional pain is nothing to compare with you (and others) with back injuries, which can be debilitating. I used to do the stretching exercises religiously when I had a desk job, but the symptoms more or less disappeared after I retired (in my case, sitting is the culprit). Please take care of yourself and take care of your back! Cheers!

    I'm enjoying a Sierra Nevada 2020 Celebration. This is a fine beer. Crisp & full of what you're looking for in an IPA. Pine, orange, grapefruit. A bit resinous. This beer is good stuff. Glad I picked one up.

    Good to hear, I have been dealing with back pain my whole life, picked up Yoga a while back ago, and I stretch religiously every day, a few times a day (well maybe not as religiously as my beer drinking... :grinning: ), it does wonders!

    RIP Nancy WIlson, two years ago today she passed. This is one of the best albums in collaboration between two artists ever, simply titled Nancy WIlson/Cannonball Adderley.
