Steady Hand Lager from Atlanta. It's "sessionable," as the cool kids say.

 

A rare Tuesday beer for me but we closed two large transactions today and I need to unwind. Drinking Saint Alphonsus, a Belgian Dubbel, at Bull n Bear Brewery. This is nicely done and more bitter than I expected. It has attitude. Cheers!

When I first had this beer a little over a week ago, I'd drunk it too soon after another beer that had trashed my palate. The next day, I tried again and drank three in a row. I'm now a little obsessed and drove quite a distance today to get a beer shop's last four-pack. It's juicy, dank, and bitter all at once, in kind of perfect harmony. Must find moar . . .

A rare Tuesday beer for me...

 

I'm at my favorite tap room in Greenville NC, Tapped drinking a Pitt Street C.A.M.P.F.I.R.E S.ON.G.S. Amber Lager, spicy, light hearted deliciousness.
The beer is brewed about four miles away from where I'm sitting.
