    We got about 5 inches of snow last night so this morning Christmas beer is extra special with it being a White Christmas

    It's hard to get a good picture of a Prairie Artisanal stout with head. This is Mocha Noir and it's excellent and overpriced. Bold bourbon, chocolate and coffee in that order.

    I'm headed to bed. Hope you all can enjoy the comfort of family and friends today even if it's only via technology. Cheers all!

    Up before the rest of the household doing remainder of "some" assembly required. "Some required" my ass, more like a metric shitload required.

    And we have a storm brewing, in the form of this special beer. I opened it early because I will need most of the day and maybe some of tomorrow to nurse this bomber mostly by myself. My wife gets acid reflux from these barleywine ales, so after she samples, she leaves the rest for me.

    Make the day a special one with whomever you are able to be with this holiday season.
