After drinking Chocolate Ale I helped her with 2 more. She did 5 driveways and nearly brought in $100.

 

Having a Twice The Daily Serving mixed berry fruited sour Berliner weisse. Jammy super fresh fruits, some sweet wheaty malt in this higher abv version, juicy mixed berries, overripe garden picked, the whole ensemble, berries unite! Cheers all!

 

So tired after snow shoveling --- Brew Link Nutter Cup

 

Nice beer. Batch 28, batch 30 was nicer. Guessing 30 was fresher. Not sure how to tell when this beer was canned. Light hazy golden color. Mild citrus with saison yeast and a nice dry finish. I really like this beer. On draft it’s even better or it could be it was fresher.

Mein Gott in Himmel, this is a good beer...

Just finished the Infinity War re-watch - I don't think the missus bought into the ending, because if nothing else, she's seen three episodes of WandaVision... For all I know, she may've seen trailers for upcoming movies and series that spoiled other things a bit, too...

Thanos was a great Avengers enemy in the comics - Doctor Doom and Ultron, too...

I see dead people everyday and the only thing that scares me are the words “last tropicalia.”

 

I've really enjoyed this one for sure. They can make an IPA. I agree. Can't find enough of these around here. This one was fresh too. I believe the can said it was packaged at the end of January. Cheers!

 

Finishing off the 4-pack of this, it is juicy and it is nicely bitter. A few years ago when I was flying through Detroit on the regular, the Cat Cora Taproom at DTW (near Gate A24) had this in cans and FRESH (almost always within 2 weeks of canning). It was fantastic then, and it’s fantastic now.

 

Movie time. I’m not in love with this beer from the usually very reliable Sawdust City Brewing, but unless it’s actually brewed with Necrotizing Fasciitis (using Covid 19 would be cliched) I don’t drain pour. So, down it goes. Cheers.

 

Evening BA's. Texas is sure a shit show right now. Haven't had power since the morning and just got cell service again. Decided to bust out a good beer for today. Cooking some bacon and warming up baked beans on the grill for dinner tonight.

Sharing this V-day gift from the wife with the wife. She generously offered to take 4oz to give me my preferred 12 oz portion, instead of the standard 16 oz. Meanwhile she-who-must-be-obeyed has declared we shall re-carpet and paint the inside of the house. Ugghhhh, now I know why she gave me beer. I have something to cry into now.
