The joy of hounds. My wife and I have a little Beagle, and she's the most hard-headed, stubborn and side-eye giving dog in the universe, but is also incredibly sweet.

 

This is a nice Imperial Sour from Modestman.

 

Delirium Nocturnum. Very nice change of pace.

I've had great experiences with Bearded Iris, so went went this Sabro containing brew. Lo and behold, its pretty nice!

 

Thanks to @Coronaeus and NBS BIF #12, I'm enjoying a very nice blended, barrel-aged Wild Ale; Intermodal by Bellwoods brewery. And, since it's a Toronto brewery, a Toronto band:

Not only is it a really good beer, it's for a good cause; and I know who is responsible for that farm, someone who used to work front of the house at Half Acre on Lincoln (Bweza).
She's good people. Half Acre is good people.

Another Tonewood ipa for me.

 

This was my first go at wings. It took about an hour at 225. I prob should have gone a bit longer. Used the grill to put a little crisp on the skin.

 

@brewskis, what happened with this beer? Mikerphone Brewing makes the best juice in Chicagoland, but this beer is maltier than chickens playing hockey with stalks of corn!

 

Great point. I'll concede on Nolan Ryan. This beer has 8 days on it when it shows up here. Loss after 2+ months is mainly on the nose. I'm not drain pouring it. Still my fav. Cheers!
