This is just about as good as it gets for a barrel aged ale of any sort. Glad I was able to get a 4 pack.

I admire your dedication to research. Perhaps a bottle of Jameson should be purchased to compare results. Scientific method FTW

 

One more! This one is a let down. Was expecting something much better. Since it's an Imperial Stout from Prairie. Wayyyyyy too heavy on cinnamon, which makes it bitter. And there isn't enough vanilla or sugar. Ended up adding a teaspoon of maple syrup, but it didn't help much. Cinnamon is just so over powering.

Finback imperial stout. A little too cold still but I like the combo of chocolate and ginger. Fuckin sports teams kicking me in the dick right about now. Yay!

 

Sipping on a favorite Quad while we watch Small Town Crime, a modern film noir. Good flick!

Abita PB & Jams, 8.0%. Not really into their stuff for a long time. But will happily tick this as a single

 

Hope my fellow BAs are having an enjoyable Saturday! Been a nice relaxing day hanging with the fam, taking care of some stuff around the house, and running a few errands.
