Up now is Oskar Blues Mama's Little Yella Pils. It's a 4.7% Bohemian Pilsner. They've struck a good balance between grainy malts and slightly spicy hops. It's nothing special, but I could probably down a few of them easy enough. I rated it 3.65 which is spot on its BA average of 3.61.

The guys are off to get another load of rock...in the meantime, I’m drinking “Grazing Clouds”, a 7% NEIPA style by Mountains Walking, Bozeman MT:

Pours a milky cloudy gold; two fingers of rocky white fluffy foam; long cap retention; heavy ring and lace. Nose is grapefruit and pineapple. Taste is juicy tropical fruit juice box; semi sweet; no bitterness. Medium full body; moderate minus carbonation; no astringency. Overall a good beer; easy enough to drink; not full or fluffy; basically another sweet juice bomb beer/NEIPA; at least it didn’t have Mosaic.

Moving on to a Flying Dog Numero Uno Mexican Lager. What makes it Mexican? They add lime zest and agave nectar to it. Well, the lime & agave are both noticeable, so they hit what they were aiming at. It's nothing special, but I could see a few of them going missing from the cooler on a summer day. I rated it 3.55, a tick below it's BA average of 3.67.

Budweiser to put out the campfire of Ardbeg 10. Honestly it feels tame, I kinda crave a bit more extreme.

Have a good Thursday. Finally got paid today, and in addition there was a $200 xmas bonus in there, kind of mad 1/3 of it was gone in taxes. I had 1.5 feet of sub again last night, the baked cheetos are good, but I think the regular is better. Puffs are the best in the cheetos flamin line I say. Need to get a box out to @Shanex now and review the beers he sent. I need to fucking review more often, just in general.

Brasserie du Grand Paris Gos'tail from Shanex. Excellent Gose. Lasting fluffy head retention/lacing. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, lime, cucumber, peach, pear, red/green apple, sea salt, wheat, herbal, grass and yeast earthiness. Light lactic funk. Light-moderate fruit/lactic tartness; and light bitter/spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced creamy/grainy wheat, lactic acid, light salinity, and slight spice stickiness after the finish. Light-moderate increasing acidic dryness, no puckering. Very flavorful/refreshing, minimal warming 4.5%. Spot on gose, not overly lactic or salty. Listed ginger and chili pepper on the label, but its basically non existent. 4.03

Rye Eagles Rye, from Round Guys is in my glass right now. Obviously, it's a rye ale coming in at 5.9%. The rye is milder than I would like, but they also advertised hoppiness, and it hits there with plenty of fruit (mostly tropical) notes.

Using a random number generator against my current beer inventory, the computer picked my last Beachwood Amalgamator. Somewhat sad by the fact May will be the earliest I may run into this one again, but have to admit them computers sure are smart.

Good day Advocates. Paid a visit to the relatively new hot sauce store in town. Much like a beer, record or book store, I could have spent hours if not for the Covid. Check these out @LarryV.

Beer is another great IPA from Collective Arts that unfortunately isn’t always available in my city. Cheers. [IMG] [IMG]
