    It's nice to drink outside comfortably again! Tasty Jams from Brix City. By today's standard it's almost quaint: Just Citra and Mosaic and 6.5%. I might have another before we head out to dinner. Cheers!

    Hop Butcher Preserved in Three Dimensions “3D version” (Sabro, Simcoe, Citra). The first version of this was Sabro/Simcoe and it was delightful from what I remember. This new “3D” version with Citra is pretty much just as good as the original, with a heftier Sabro coconut/tropical presence and more citrus from the Citra. Not a huge fan of the Sabro coconut presence, but nevertheless, this is a very solid NE DIPA.
