    Covert Artisan Ales Say Cheese Strawberry/Cherry Cheesecake Fruited Sour, ??% ABV. Pours thick and pale hazy red with no head. Nose is cherry, strawberry, graham, and cheese - smells like strawberry cheesecake. Taste follows, moderately tart, slightly sweet. Excellent smooth mouthfeel. Overall outstanding. Nose is better than the taste.

    look: 4 | smell: 4.75 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.5

    Outstanding but nowhere near the Drekker Raspberry Cheesecake Sour I had recently. That had chunks of cheesecake in it and tasted exactly like cheesecake. I'd guess this one had cheesecake in it, but they filtered out the chunks.

    I have a lot of stories! Most of them are good. Sadly I burdened him with my medical crap at times but he always had an inspiring response.

    At one point, we both “adopted” this crazy ass WBAYDN kid. Sadly, the kid left BA. I am going to go through my private conversations with @scream and will share some of the jewels he left me.

    How is it going BAs?

    Time for some fruit/dessert. This is hands down the thickest Smoofee variant. Made after an Indian thick fruit and yogurt smoothie drink called Lassi. This is so good! Gimmicky or not, The Brewing Projekt's Smoofee and Puff Tart beers are amazing.

    Scream was a classy BA - not a man of many words, but able to make his point pretty tersely. I always enjoyed his posts and he seemed like a sincerely generous and humble individual based on my PM exchanges with him. Cheers and glad you liked my tribute to him!

    Thanks to @Pinz412 for this first one from his box from NBS BIF #13, Big Hop by East End Brewing. it's a tad on the older side, but still has some decent hop presence, and a good malt base.
