Juicy Gossip, not a bad taste but has about half the fullness and taste of Two Hearted.

I was thinking Bonfire of the Vanities, but that was Tom Hanks.

And NFW am I older or a gentleman.

I like to think vintage and seasoned.

Zack Greinke's eephus pitch has nothing on my 10 year old son's. The boy got knocked around a bit in his game tonight but most of the pitches were over the plate and he was smiling the whole time. Going with a Voodoo Ranger IIPA. Cheers!

Getting back to the B.B. King and Albert King comparisons, while both being "entertainers", I think B.B. relied a lot more on overall showmanship while Albert seemed to lean more towards the musicianship, at least for their live shows.

Hell, I liked 'em both. At least I've seen B.B. numerous times.

And, of course, there's Freddie King, too...

All this earlier talk of Albert made me work on the Flying V for a while with its truss rod (and no @TheIPAHunter that is not a euphemism) and its string action.

    Getting closer.

    Hey folks and mopes,
Forgive my silence these last couple of days. Taking a bit of a break... I'm on medication, and drinking the alkee-hawl is a no-no with this particular one. So... here's to lifting a pint in your general direction soon.
    Cheers!

Ha! I'll take your advice on that.

Drinking Belching Beaver No Worries IPA now that dinner, kids homework, and house cleaning is done! Pfizer shot #2 has me dragging ass all day today. Too lazy to post a pic.

    Hope you are well also.

[IMG] Oh good lord this stuff from @jzeilinger is awesome! Poured into a 13 tulip glass canned on 2/25/21 it looks like. Pours midnight black on a cloudy winters night, with a massive 3 finger mocha head that actually got away from me. Leaves a thin wall of lace with amazing retention. 5

Aroma is deep dark chocolate, roasted coffee grounds, hazelnut, a hint of char, a little vanilla bean, and a little barrel. 4.75

Taste follows dark chocolate, roasty coffee, char, hazelnut, vanilla, and woody oak. 4.75

Mouthfeel is bigger, creamy carbonation, maybe a tad dry, and at 12.5% you get a hint of alcohol, but it is so good it goes down far to easy. 5

Overall maybe I haven’t had a new BA Stout in awhile, but this one is pretty amazing. 4.75 Pretty Damn floored by this one. Night all.

Me. I am an old fart. Do not call me a gentleman!

Then again, I love my Social Security, Medicare, and senior discounts. Sad though that Richmond breweries do not give a senior discount.
