What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3100

Well, I guess I’ll have to wait a while to see if the lifting has improved my distance off the tee, as all outdoor recreational facilities, including golf courses, are closed effective immediately. Our lockdown has been extended two weeks and outdoor gatherings are banned unless conducted with members of your household. We’re in real shit here.

Beer four, there will be several more today, is one of my current favorite IPA’s. Cheers.

 

Huh, I didn't know they made a Radler. Have not seen it in my local stores, but would not be unusual for me to have overlooked it.

 

I thrilled to have "discovered" Andeches. That is one excellent beer. The world needs much more Doppelbock IMHO. GREAT choice! Cheers!

It's nothing special, but if you like Radlers this is made with a decent base beer and
the lemon is natural, much better than Lenie's Summer Shandy

 

A little malt goodness with a Hofbräu Maibock. Cheers!

 

Bay Cannon Hydra IPA, first beer from this new Tampa brewery and it's nice and solid. At Big Hammock Brewing, have a safe Saturday night BA's!

 

Doppelbock is a style I don't particularly well, but I've been exploring this week. I would classify it as a "like, not love" in general for the style. But Andechs is my clear favorite so far, relative to Salvator and Korbinian.

 

I applaud your dogged dedication! Onward! Read your review. Never had this one but looks like you gave it a very fair review.

Having a new to me NEBCO Face Hugger IPA while I finish up the workday on this dreary, cold, rainy day. Wife just called and asked me if I wanted to meet her at the gym. No thanks hon, I'm good.

Understandable. It's a bit of an acquired taste, if you will. Seems to be a style that people either love or hate. Not much in between. Personally, I love it. Read your review, I thought you gave it a very fair review. Andechser is definitely world class in lager styles.

Big Ugly Dark Journey porter (rum barrel aged)... this was a Black Friday release, opened it up, its good!

 

We can still exercise outdoors, just not at recognized facilities that draws a lot of people. I bike and walk, which is fine, but the golf thing hurts.
