    Berliner weiss’s are hit or miss, but I’m done with sour ipa’s, especially Hudson Valley. Gave them a fair shot.

    Aslin collab with heist. Two of my fave breweries put together a nice DIPA called Living to get Radical and added vanilla and toasted coconut. I like these adjuncts in a stout but not usually my goto for an IPA so i chilled in freezer for an hour. Very nice. cheers

    Good stuff. Flawed in specific, definable ways... but good overall. Banded continues to do solid work that inspires me to dissect and consider their beer critically. Underrated brewery, and I love that they take a lot of risks.
