I love when it looks like there’s a tornado in my glass. Very effervescent. This is an amazing lager from Schilling. Light bodied, definite cracker-like taste with slight grassy snap, dry, balanced finish. Perfect.

Bought a few of these over the weekend. Really solid move by Hein...uh, I mean Lagunitas to put this in 4-packs now and charge the same price they normally do. The beer itself doesn’t seem quite as danky as usual. More of a herbal lemon zest. Still, pretty good, but I’m fine with the 2 bottles I got.

Still one of the most beautiful beers I've ever seen, and one of my favorites, perhaps ever. Bastards in a Basket (Widowmaker/Second Wind collab) peanut butter & jelly sour. Definitely posted this one before on a previous WBAYDN thread (or two), but I feel so lucky to still have a few more cans of this. The peanut butter is fading big time at this point, as this was canned about five months ago, but it's still kinda there and at least the jelly is holding up big time. Yum.

Just did an online biology lab about fermentation, as well... can't wait to get more into bio/microbio. Cheers for learning!
