    Wax Wings Pomona After Dark: Stacks (double mashed stout conditioned on blueberry and maple syrup). This beer on it’s own leans pretty sweet and is just screaming for a coffee addition, so I french pressed this with some fresh ground coffee for about 10 minutes. It turned out really well. The roasty coffee balances out the sweetness nicely.
