I haven't been to a hockey game since opening day the year after the Blackhawks won the cup. Fuck I miss going to hockey games. I also miss $8 student tickets at the United center. I should just retire to a small trailer park in Canada with a decent minor league team

 

The Prairie Fire Crabapple tree in the background is a wonderful tree in the Spring, but an abomination the rest of the year. The seed fruits come out in the late Summer and hang around until late Fall/early Winter when they make a huge mess of the yard. And pruning this tree to a symmetrical shape is a nightmare, as the branches grow in every freakin' direction except the one they should. My wife won't let me take it out, but there might be a catastrophic pruning accident in it's future

 

Have a good Saturday. I worked 9 hours and got more at 11 tonight. I got 54.8 hours in this week so it's going to be nice. Might get my new pickups for my strat now. Me and Julia plan on going to traverse city as our first paid vacation. I am eligible for it soon. They do have benefits.

We are at old stone jail bar and I got some summer Shandy. Tastes a bit more malty than I remember? It's really good! Not too hot out just yet this week. Vibrant lemon flavors. 3.9

I'm going to weigh in on the Aaron Rogers saga, as a Bears fan. (We'll take him, he can mentor Fields.) I remember when Rogers was drafted by the Packers. Where did he set? On the bench being mentored by Favre until the Packers felt he was ready. Now it's his turn to mentor Love not be butt hurt because they drafted a QB, Roger's can't play forever. ( Only Brady can)
Take it from a fan whose team has a new Qb everytime you turn around.

 

This is my first beer from this brewery. It is very good!

I am watching the dregs of the 2020 EPL crap COVID season. Cheering for USAian Antonee Robinson on Fulham, but they are outclassed by Chelsea. Hoping that by August the fans will be back. Buoyed by a crowler of Bierkeller Kölumbianer Kölsch

 

I'm really liking the Duvel glass @GreenBayBA - Can't say I've seen that one before!

 

Love Tank 7, but it's disappeared from beer shelves around here. Can get other Boulevard beers, but not that.

 

Man, its been raining pretty much straight around here since Thursday night. Guess I'll hang out with you fine people again until the sun comes out ha.

Anyway, VITUS time, and going to spin the entire Berlin Trilogy this afternoon, cause why not...

First up in that regard is the other worldly Low.

 

The apps were amazing. Loaded fries and pretzels and beer cheese.


Fried pickles and fat tire.


Meatball sub was on special. Killer food! Toasted

I took a walk down the street for a La Cumbre Project Dank at The Barrel. I forgot how good this beer is! I'm going to place my Kentucky Derby wagers next.
