I’m at Slack Tide Brewing for cans and a couple of pours. First up is Prissy Wicks, a Belgian Pale Strong Ale. Really well crafted and refreshing. I’m making notes for NBW.

 

Nice brew right here. Coached Cal Ripken Majors this morning, the team improved to 5-0. I will drink to that. Cheers

Slack Tide’s newest release, Slammer, a NEIPA brewed with a heavy dose of Galaxy. New England meets West Coast with lots of bitter grapefruit rind and lemon peel. Crushable at 6.2%. Cheers!

 

Good Saturday BA! It's a beautiful day here in SW PA, hopefully I can motivate myself to do something later. But for now, I'm enjoying a SNPA with lunch:

@TheIPAHunter, after going big, I went running, then I went home. One question I have for everyone, after observing it again today, what makes people see approximately 100 cars in line for a slow-moving Starbucks drive-through, and decide they want to join that line in their car?

First beer of the day, a delicious Kölsch at Weathered Ground Brewery:



Spicy hops nose. Baked bread, biscuits and crackers malt with light spicy hops flavors. Clean crisp feel, light body, dry finish. Outstanding! I’m getting a 4pk to go!
