Up next is a Raquette River Maple Cream Porter. Not as maple forward as I would expect but good. Visited the brewery last month. Really great Adirondack atmosphere.

I decided it's time to drink a celebration beer for selling our house last weekend. This is courtesy of @jdell15. If it tastes half as good as it smells, it's going to be a treat.

I love Central Waters Brewing stouts, in a very emotional way! Mortalis Brewing makes phenomenal beers, but I prefer the local option of Central Waters Brewing stouts!

Crowns and Hops “Wills of Steel” American pale ale. I’m trying to have an IPA-free Saturday, this sort of spoils that. Strata, Idaho7 and Comet hops. Certainly a nice change of recipe.

    Nunc es bibendum.

Well at my age it takes a toll on the body I have to say. Anybody that works in a kitchen will attest to that. Im pretty beat. Not sure how long I will be able to keep up. But for now Im still kicking ass with people half my age. It goes a bit underappreciated but thats life. You work. You work. Thanks for asking.

Dude, I"m sure you're killing it. your standards wouldn't let you do otherwise. That's a long day for sure so make the most of your three days off. At least you have a gig until something else comes along. I'm looking forward to jamming on June 6th, should be a lot of fun and it will be great to see all the guys again. Cheers bro!!!
