Four Scoops – Mocha Chip by Rockingham Brewing in my glass now. Had the peanut butter one for NBW a few days ago. Still have the Vanilla and Pistachio versions... pumped for both, because this is great!

    Review here!

Went into the gas station for Redbull for the morning and I ended up with a another sixer of this because I have a fear of running out.

For some reason this is tasting extra delicious maybe because it was canned 5/21. That or all the formaldehyde/cavity fluid I’ve accidentally inhaled today has gone to my head. It’s been a loooooong f’n day.

    Cheers BA !!!

Just realized @CreightonSM got Pfizer, I'm an idiot apparently. To be fair, I am a bit of a youngin younger than him, didn't really have any doubts over the shot but I know for younger people the immune response can be a little more intense, just a sore left bicep really for me so far. Cheers all!

Thanks, Henri is about 20 years old, someone left him in a box about 18 years ago at the veterinary hospital my wife manages. We took him in and he has been my constant companion ever since. He watches me leave every day and waits by the door when I come back. I think because he was abandoned before he wants to be close. He’s not doing that good now though, his age is catching up with him.
He has been watching hockey with me ever since we got him. He has gotten used to my hollering during the games. It’s pretty funny if he’s not in the room before the game starts he comes running when he hears the anthem. He’s a cool cat we are lucky to have him. Cheers!

[IMG] Tonight's Blind Battle Beer Tasting Lineup: (All 3 out of 3 pairs correctly identified blind)

    1) Bud Light (4.2%):
A light American lager from Anheuser Busch that has balanced and yeasty flavors
    versus
    2) Miller Light (4.2%): A light American lager from Wisconsin that has strong yeast and corn adjunct flavors. More malty

    3) Bells’ Oberon (5.8%): A pale wheat ale with orange flavors. Lots of orange and wheat.
    versus
    4) Coors' Blue Moon (5.4%): A Belgian-style witbier with a sweet orange twist. Flavors of orange peel, flower, jasmine, white pepper, and also some Fruity Pebbles and Trix cereal notes.

    5) SweeterWater 420 Extra Pale Ale (5.4%): A pale ale from George that has Centennial and Cascade hops for flavors of candied orange, yellow lemon/pineapple, with some strawberry and stonefruit. Fruity with a crackery malt finish. Extremely fruity and flavorful
    versus
    6) Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale (5.6%): The original west-coast pale ale from California that has flavors of orange citrus, citrus soap, pine, and caramelized malts.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Winners:

    1) Bud Light:
In the summer, I think this is a more refreshing beer. Probably less flavor and yeast than Miller, but definitely cleaner and smoother. Nice lemon notes too.

    3) Bell's Oberon: This one has a delicious orange and dry wheat flavorful. Not too sweet, but also a nice drying wheat quality. Blue Moon is nice, but too sweet for drinking more than one. I prefer a lighter ale.

    5) SweetWater's 420 Extra Pale Ale: This one has some nice juicy flavors. Nice yellow & lemon/pineapple notes to finish. A more modern pale ale than Sierra Nevada. Definitely a nice southern flavor and in Summer 2021, it drank better.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Are you a Bud or Miller person when it comes to light beer?
A sweet Blue Moon or a dryer Oberon?
Have you tried SweetWater 420 Extra Pale Ale and what did you think?

BBR, located in “the best suburb of Minneapolis” (according to Vita.MN users back in 2009).

We have a kegerator for regulars which USED TO be filled with a half barrel of EPA, but since COVID it’s been filled with Craft cans (less waste and cleaning, after all).

    Cheers!
