    Drinking a 2018 bottle of Trillium - Lineage Wheat wild saison aged in oak casks right now. Nice vinous grape notes, acidic white wine flavor, oak casks, leathery funk, tart lemony citrus, toasty hay, some bready wheat, hint of vanilla, subtle peppery clove spice, slight acetic vinegary cider-esque notes, mild earthy floral hop, pretty dry and sour. Cheers all!

    Hey BA's

    Happy (almost) Friday.......jeez, what a long ass hot week! Found out today the place I have worked the past 10+ years will be shutting down at the end of this year - makes my retirement decisions a bit easier.....tired of working and all the bullshit to be honest....I will be 64 next Feb, so not all that "early" I suppose - have been working since I was 12......ah well....we shall see

    Drinking this with my dinner and trying to cool down on this muggy 87 degree afternoon...

    this early am - saw a tiny sliver of the eclipse as I was driving to my office at 6 am...cool!

    retirement in 6 months means more time for boats and....wait for it.....beer! Haha....

    Now sipping on Omnipollo/Equilibrium 18 Decillion, a new collab DIPA canned on 5/25/21. Very, very good stuff. Omnipollo can sometimes be a little overpriced/underwhelming, but with the EQ juice treatment going on here, this is a winner.

    Its actually cap'n crunch in a can. Not too sweet, well done,delivers all the flavors advertised,makes for a good novelty beer.
    I just feel like I need to use some -real- beer to wash my mouth out afterwards
