    look: 4.25 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.5

    Light yellow and cloudy body topped with a thick, dense and creamy, white head. Very mild smell; minimal notes of light malt with some hop spiciness. The taste also is subdued; a bit more cereal malt (but not much more than the smell); faint, indeterminate citrus note; very, very mild hop bitterness. Medium body; soft and velvety.

    This is a strange one for a Mexican lager. From its cloudy appearance to minimal smell and taste, it just seems odd. The appearance and mouthfell, though, are excellent.

    Poured at 54° F from a crowler, canned June 22nd, 2021.

    Happy birthday to @GreenBayBA and @Blogjackets! Right now I’m sipping on a 2019 Trillium - Sour Cherry Soak sour wheat ale aged in oak barrels. Tastes pretty good still, real tart and sour, fresh cherries, pie spice, toasty oak, hints of vanilla, bready crackery wheat, nice sour ale. Cheers all!
