    Spent some time outside doing light yard work and bullsh**ing with my neighbor. Bad idea. Just way too hot.

    Hardly ever buy this beer but when the heat is what it is the beer does me fine.

    Hate to say it, but that rebrand makes me sad. Anchor was the first beer I legally bought when I turned 21, and the old label was so iconic. Sigh.

    New beer "Hops Drop IPA" Spindletap, Houston, TX. It's a funky Juice bomb that's not bitter. I rated it 4.25 canned 4/28

    #2, courtesy of my friend @WunderLlama, the can says “Fruit Cocktail” on the bottom, and that is a very accurate description of this beer. I love fruit cocktail, especially as a side to something salty and I’m getting ready to eat fried egg sammiches, so this is working well for me.

    ...being up since 1 A.M. because of a hurting dog (who seems to be doing better now) after an early emergency vet clinic stop, I figured a bit of 'coffee' in the late afternoon, prior to cooking supper, may not be a bad idea...it frames the mindset...not exactly a Hunter S. Thompson 'bad craziness' day, but conducive to some gentle mind twisting (Old Potreo Straight Rye - old label - lurking in the background)...
