Icarus Forever Forward.

I drank a lot of Icarus in 2020, but they started tasting a bit too sweet for me so i took a little break. It's still pretty sweet, but i'm handling it

And damn, a lot of beers i was looking at when i was at the store today were >8%. This one is no exception.

Took off early today because staffing was substantial and still recovering from virtual heat stroke and Kim being in the ER until 3:30am. This one is making it all seem better. Another great beer from Lawsons. Love the look and balance of hops with a nice ending bitterness. Has that Southern Cali West Coast vibe. Yum.
Had some nasty boomers roll through.

 

Speaking of which - that first IPA went down damn quick and gave me a head buzz....this should help in that effort - damn fine!

 

Tired Hands Oblivex. If any beer can stand up to Liquid Poem, it's this one. Different style, similar potency. Gotta watch it after this.
