    Day 12, last day of my mid-west journey, and brewery #16 - Little Fish Brewing, Athens, OH…starting with “Cleft” the Silver Medal winner at GABF(2020) Fruited Barrel-Aged Sour Beer category:

    Consumed at 50°. Outstanding! Tart peach nose. Sour fruit and soft sweet base. Great balance of sour peaches, dryness from barrel, and sweetness from malt. An excellent BA sour! My next beer is warming…Cheers from Athens OH!

    Stella Artois, very popular in northern France and Belgium. Yet a bit underrated elsewhere. It goes down well and is sessionable too.

    Good day Advocates! Ta Shanex for opening the taps for today's thread...
    I now have some more time for beerification and alesmanship and it's starting where I left off last night. This little gum drop has a lot of lemon going on and has a nice fairly long resinous finish. The photo with the can makes the beer look brownish but it is not. It is very tasty with it's 4 hop config: Simcoe, Columbus, Amarillo, Centennial. Very clean and easy drinking! A solid 4.0
