Crazy rabbit hole research on bourbon (cheap) led to a purchase of Mellow Corn Whiskey (not a bourbon) from Heaven Hill to pair with something. Maybe Ratio's Mexican lager - CityScapes.

 

Saugatuck Brewing Paled It! Pale Ale. Paired with MLB channel. Not into the Olympics at all this time around. Cheers!
