    White Elm Mega C&D Imperial Milk Stout (Pastry Stout), 12.5% ABV. According to the note on the label, an unnamed company sent them a cease and desist order over their beer named Double Stuffed. So they renamed it, amped it up from 8 to 12.5% ABV, and added more Oreos, or maybe a knock-off just to spite them. Love beers with a shady past.

    Beer fridge cleanup continues, this one has an appropriate tag line (“Easy Drinking Golden Ale”) - and a 6-month shelf life, which went by a couple of weeks ago.

    Ooooops!

    It’s still drinking really well, though and is in fact easy drinking. Really well done by one of my Top 5 breweries (and my Top 5 has approximately 15 members).

    Second half of my Trillium double header is Mosaic DDH Cutting Tiles. This is much better than the last version of this I had . . . I can't remember the hop combo, but the honey was very muted. Still not as breathtaking as the first several times I had it, but quite good.

    A bell went off, I checked my beer notes and yep. 9 years give or take a month since I last had this beer. Notes read: 2012 Whole Cone Hop Ale called Hoptimum. Nice!! Cheers!
