Good afternoon, advocates. I've been waiting for someone to do a Mac Miller tribute beer and my prayers were answered. Witness Cushwa & Dancing Gnome (shout out Pittsburgh) joining forces on this Nelson-hopped jewel aptly named Party on Fifth. Hell yesss. I love you. We love you, too, Hunter. Cheers!

Nice light amber body with just a touch of haziness; excellent carbonation; thick, sticky, sculpted white head. Beautiful scent of pine resin with a touch of floral character; very mild toasted grain element. Light tropical fruit flavor spiked with a moderate hop bitterness; peach and pineapple; a small dose of booziness in the background. Medium body; juicy.

All together, this is a nice, straightforward India pale ale. It has alluring looks and smell with a nicely balanced taste and finish.

...decided to have my bicycle rear wheel rebuilt as I've had too many broken spokes of late...won't get the wheel back for about 10 days, so I may have to do some major hiking in Garden of The Gods to body check these beer calories...hopefully, @eppCOS won't trample me underfoot...

 

White wine in the nose is always the first tell for me, specifically. I feel like that has gone away over recent years. This one delivers. I rarely agree with Untappd, but a 4.31 is spot on. Cheers!

 

I keep telling my GF beer isn’t alcohol, that never really actually worked.
