    Hmm I always thought it's an Export.
    Schönramer call it "Wiesn-Märzen" but it has also won medals in the category "European-Style Export" (European Beer Star) and " German Style Oktoberfest" (World Beer Cup) some years ago.

    32 oz of pure joy. Tucker Brewing Marzen. My picture didn't come out, but there was a gentleman playing an accordion signing a song with the lyrics "My wife is drunk and I have to take her home." It was hilarious. I couldn't help but chuckle. "My wife is saused and I have to take her home."

    I had only had one beer so far and I still thought it was hilarious. Btw, I am on this losing streak where every place I go, the first beer I order they are out of. I ordered Spatan Doppelock at Two Tires and they were out! Anyone else experience this lately?

    Hello lovely Advocates. Ta @ChicagoJ for unfurling today's thread. It's Mow High Friday here at the Double D Dewitt ranch. Popped open this delish smoked marzen from Severence: SMOKTOBERFEST. It really is the perfect beer for this breezy sunny 52F autumn day. A very good beer. I've 1 more can, 5 hrs of work and it's kinda ringin' my bell. Cheers folks! Enjoy! Keep on smiling!!

    Värmlands Guld by Good Guys. One of the best selling beers in Sweden is Norrlands Guld, Norrland being the northern part of Sweden. Good Guys did their own version of it, and since they hail from Värmland, the comedy wrote itself.

    just came off 2 night shoots ( no night premium, we gave that away 20 years ago) - can't take the work I was offered today as a result- the film unions might go on strike on Monday - Haskell Wexler knew how it should be done.....

    At Brooklyn Brewing. Big one is Pulp Art. It's fine. Little one is Oktoberfest. Bland and boring.

    Wife has Ruby Can't Fail, which is good, and Black Chocolate Stout, which is really good.

    I see a collaboration lambic with Russian River, so we'll be staying at least one more round. Also some Black Ops. And a barleywine...

    Having a few special releases at Revolutions first Deep Woods event this season. Coconut is one of my favorite flavors.

    Revolution Primal Coconut Deth

    Brewery Notes: $7 5 oz draft into taster cup.
    13.8% ABV. This single Wild Turkey barrel of young, sweet component Deth’s Tar is infused with 25lbs of toasted coconut. Punchy American oak and bittersweet chocolate notes lay beneath a torrent of tropical bliss which becomes ever more pronounced as it warms.

    Appearance: Pitch black, creamy tan head comprised of fine bubbles leaves strong ring above base and light layer. 4.5

    Aroma:     Mega-coconut as advertised. Like being in Mounds production plant. Not much else noted, even after letting this warm a bit. Works well for me, YMMV. 4.25

    Taste:     Very strong coconut, but taste more complex than the aroma as it warms. Getting a smooth bourbon backing. Maple, vanilla as well, even though neither are actual ingredients. Bakers Chocolate, even a bit of almond. Joy indeed. This is the Kernkraft 400 of Coconut BA Stouts. 5.0

    Mouthfeel:     Very sweet, syrupy full body, no carbonation. Sweet coconut aftertaste. ABV feels slightly lower than actual, but a full 10 or 12 oz pour may give me some pause. Warm at times but no burn down the throat. 4.0

    Overall:     If your dream job is as a coconut taster, this beer is a must. Very sweet, but taste complex as it warms and I’m really enjoying this experience (about 20 minutes in with a couple ounces to go). Bottom line, I can into the brewery for this variant specifically, and I am extremely pleased. Well done Marty and Team! 4.75

    Only one musical selection in the realm of possibilities.
