My heart goes out to all those involved in the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy. Spread love it's contagious. It's so sad to see all that hate and evil.

Cheers brothers... Good beer and camaraderie is important. Love thy neighbor.

Well, the Kiwi Rising was awesome. Now I'm enjoying equally impressive beer of a very different style. Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Urbock is stunning, and the smokey aroma was overwhelming when I first poured the beer. The first thing that came to mind was a smoked shoulder...mmmm. As a fan of anything smokey (bacon, smoked turkey, smoked shoulder, some coffees, etc) this gets two thumbs up!

Going to start out with a couple of Founder's Harvest Ales I have left, and then move on to some fresh Shorts Huma-Lupa-Licous and then the put-away will be either Dreadnaught or Arctic Panzer Wolf purchased today from Three Floyds carryout.

Purchased two each. That's 40 bucks for 88 ounces of beer. Ain't America great!!!!

What's up BA? A somber evening without a doubt. My heart goes out to the shattered families and community of Newtown CT.

Trying to cheer up with some fruits of my own community. Blue Point - Toxic Sludge, black ipa.
