    Edward teach teachs tangerines.
Very good. Tastes like blue moon with more spicy yeast character. Crisp and refreshing. Good style example. Solid wheat softness. Flavorful. Not much tangerine at all more than a citrus zest note. 3.8

The crab lasagna was insane. Just go to wing and fish co. Amazing service.

    BAs Happy Tuesday![IMG]
    Swiftwater IPA , delic!

Tuesday night, October,,,, try an old English Child’s ballad, from Pentangle, which has 2 superlative acoustic guitar players And a perfect pitch singer.

The song is spooky, about a cruel sister who murders her fair haired sister to win the affection of a traveling knight, but justice is served in the end. Weird and twisted, but that’s Tuesday sometimes…

I've lost 3 trees in the last 32 years I've lived here. Another one got saved. It needs serious work now. I like trees too.

Confirmation Bias by Cushwa. These guys are getting a lot out of Mosaic and El Dorado in this DIPA. More vibrant than expected!

Tonight's Blind Battle Beer Tasting Lineup has a pair of American-made Marzens: (All 3 pairs correctly matched blind)

    1) Summit Keller Pils (5.1%): A zwickel-style beer from Minnesota that has flavors of lemon, honey, and yeast with a dry finish.
    versus
    2) Paulaner Pilsner (4.8%): An authentic German pilsner with flavors of lemon citrus, toasty German bread malts, honey, yeast, and authentic Munich malts on the finish.

    3) Odell Oktoberfest (6.1%): A Marzen-style beer from Colorado with rich flavors of caramel malts. A smooth finish.
    versus
    4) Sam Adams Oktoberfest (5.3%): An American Marzen-style beer from Boston that has malty flavors of caramel, bread spice, and red citrus notes.

    5) Lagunitas Super Cluster IPA (8.0%): An imperial IPA from California with strong Citra hops and flavors of intense mandarin orange.
    versus
    6) Breckenridge Brewery’s Hop in Hand IPA (8.3%): An imperial IPA from Colorado made with Trident hops for tropical flavors of strawberry, pomelo, passionfruit, and dragon fruit.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Winners:

    1) Summit Keller Pils:
Hard to call a winner on two fantastic beers, but this is one of the best. Summit does it again with a hoppy, yeasty, and dry pilsner. Perfect for the hotter weather.

    4) Sam Adams Oktoberfest: An easy call here. This has the classic SA spices for a robust and complex flavor. Odell Oktoberfest is once again lacking flavor while being too heavy and sweet.

    6) Breckenridge Brewery's Hop in Hand IPA: I think Super Cluster is the better beer, but giving the nod to this IPA tonight. It has a unique Asian fruit characteristic without the citrus profile. A good showcase of Trident hops

Have you tried Summit Keller Pils?
Have you tried Odell Oktoberfest or Sam Adams' Oktoberfest and which did you prefer?
Have you tried Hop in Hand IPA or Trident hops?

This is an exceptionally well executed Helles lager by a brewery that’s lager game is world class, IMHO.
