Went for a 10 miler this morning, just to test out this tenderloin part on the leg, and it held up. Immediately cold showered, had some blueberries, some Arnica on that bad boy.... it's OK!
So we'll see - still think it's a long-term ****le and i'll have to see my PT.
But for now, another N/A since I gotta get a little work in today. Will check in later, have a great day...
And still jammin to this new album release... pretty great s**t from Silk Sonic.

Been a few minutes since I've posted to one o' these threads, so hello again all.



Just discovered these folks because the bass player switched same bass as me (after video was shot) which is cool because I play a lesser known bass

 

Jackie O's Chomolunga, a 6.5% brown ale with a sweet nose and more traditional flavor. Cheers!

 

Things are about to escalate with this enormous NEQIPA 12.5%. Happy juice.

Sadly no! Only time I have the luxury of getting Fatheads is when I drive through Ohio, but never have the time for a deep looksie. Open for a trade though!
