Have a good Thursday. Slow day, only 1 meeting to attend. I played XCOM enemy unknown for 2 hours last night and it is addicting. I havent played XCOM2 in 2 years. There is also a long war mod with more levels and features in the gameplay.

Having this pizza tonight for dinner, will probably buy again, Food Lion FTW




Grimm Catch Wave. Awesome NEIPA. Great fluffy head retention and soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big white grape, pear, orange, grapefruit, gooseberry, apricot, passion fruit, pineapple, melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, lemongrass, wood, mint, black peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, woody, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced bready malt/oats and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin dryness after the finish with no lingering hop astringency. No warmth of 6.5% or lingering hop burn. Very smooth and not overly aggressive. Big on the Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado; with the Falconers flight hop character in the back. Has a unique woody/spicy hop character I really like. It's not really that juicy, but the hops are very vibrant and dank for this being 9 months old. Will be on the lookout for more stuff from Grimm, always been a fan of their sours and stouts, but this is the first IPA I've tried. 4.1
