Celebrating my last day in the office this year with a couple of pours at Twin Elephant. First up: With My Hellions, an English Mild Dark Ale. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. @RaulMondesi! Cheerio!

 

I'm trying to drink down my cellar, which feels a little bit like trying to bail out the ocean with a bucket at the moment. Not a bad problem to have, I suppose.

This one is courtesy of @Pinz412, whom I hope is doing well (he hasn't posted on BA since July). This is Black Cloud Coffee Cake from Dancing Gnome. Good beer, although slightly imbalanced towards the sweet side.

 

My Southern Cal Beers were talking trash this morning against Pliny, but I said guys, let's drop these petty differences and come together to celebrate Raul's big day, so that is what we are doing.



We don't get Pliny round here, but happy to pull out a Beachwood to toast the Bride and Groom today, wishing you all the best in your future life together.

I was about to order a spruce tip IPA when I noticed a new Baltic Porter called Zych so I haad to try it. Lots of licorice and dark fruit; an interesting take on the style. Chers!
