    Happy Thursday. I did squats for the first time in 5 months and I can't walk anymore. I was only doing 95 and barely did 5x5. I'm weak af now but I want to improve. Same with mountain biking. That takes a while to get back in shape and it will be agony. Anyways I was really tired again today. Need to make a presentation for tomorrow in the morning.

    Got my untappd insider magnet and 2 glasses. I still want the teku but the bowl looked cool as fuck.

    Hey young man, in my day I did heavy barbell squats. I can relate to what you experienced.. Sometimes had a hard time just walking down stairs.

    Truth be told, barbell squats is one of the best exercises you can do. Keep doing them. It will pay dividends.

    Yea that's why I don't care what the weight is, as long as I am in pain I know it's working :sunglasses: My chest is still barely responding after Monday Bench Day :rolling_eyes:, My recovery will improve. I definitely want to get to at least 3 days per week, gotta get the motivation back. I need to teach Julia how to gain strength. No pain no gain. Same with cardio. Gotta bring the resting heart rate down lol :beer:
