    Wow, really slow down here at the virtual bar.....I am late to the beer party - but, I will do my part!

    Loving this smoked lager from Wolf's Ridge in C-bus....excellent stuff!

    finally some sunshine today and no snow.....Monday seemed like it snowed all day and gave us another 5-6" of the white stuff....I am thinking of a potential February drive south with my Hobie cat to some warmer location for a few days....we shall see

    Got in a 2 mile walk this afternoon - slow going as the snow is still deep....Emma was game

    ...I'd believe it...it's a seasonal thing...

    ...haven't seen it around here yet (not that I'm really looking)...Hopslam is one of those beers I either love or hate...some years, it seems so hot and unbalanced, yet other times it's so sublime and delicious...the last time I had it (one or two years ago, I thought it heavenly)...I'll certainly try this year's version if I see it...

    Bottled 02/02/21 and more to my liking than it was fresh. The vanilla extract which I didn't care for is much more subdued and the taste is rather chocolatey now. Perfect after throwing around today's snow.

    The King's Axe from Fiden's. I've gone on record lately saying what I think of these guys. They're the real deal. Their interpretation of NEIPA is unique, and all to themselves. Seek them out; be rewarded. Cheers!

    It’s just become available here in Texas the last couple or three years so Hopslam is a welcome participant. I found the last six pack today at Total Wine so I’m happy about that.
