Joining others here today with the latest shiny new KBS toy. It says Hazelnut on the label and they weren't lying! Some bitter chocolate in the background as well. It's good but I'm more of a Mackinac Fudge or Espresso guy when it comes to the variants. I still prefer the regular when it's fresh over all of them. Choices....choices.....

Interesting. Bell's and Creature Comforts released a Cold IPA collab back in Jan/Feb. I thought it was quite good. I bet that is close to the same as the collab.

I know I've commented on this before, but very cool stein collection. I want to add to mine, but dang they can be expensive to collect. Prost!

 

Hey BA's, good to be back after a few days away from BA. Called an emergency meeting of our beer tasting group on Sunday to share a crowler of Firestone Walker XXV Anniversary i picked up in PHX last week - it was well received. Of course, the guys in the group had to bring contributions so it turned out to be a fun couple of hours! Took yesterday off as a dry day to give my liver a day to recalibrate LOL!
Looking like i only have time for one brew today and am trying a milk stout from Flying Machine which is in Wilmington, on the east coast of NC. It was a pretty good brew but one not worth seeking out IMHO.
Da Boss has been spinning tunes all day and enjoyed one from Sheryl Crow.

One and done today, so figured I'd try something iffy.

I very rarely enjoy anything that's touched a bourbon barrel, and it's strong with this one. Trying to pretend I like it, hoping it grows on me as it warms, not gonna dump it down the drain.

 

Double Chuuurch is hard to follow. That was some damn good craft beer. Left me wanting more of that taste. (smacks lips) But this Devil beer has enough bitterness to change everything.

I have one that is a family heirloom. The rest of my other 3 I bought.

 

This is where SawDog505 became a dirty little hop junky. Longbrothers Strong Ale a West Coast IPA was my jam in the late 90s. This one Lupulin Suplex NHDIPA today 8.7% drinks like SOS. Picking Mrs. Dog’s birthday dinner, her choice not mine. Cheers all.

I have never seen a Weltenburger beer before, so I picked up a couple singles. This one tastes really old...

Coded 088M0915 if that means anything to anyone. I won't be buying any more...
