The mosaic plays nice! Juicy tropical and citrus fruit nose taste. No onion nose, no garlic taste. Very drinkable. Always hesitant, but I haven’t (yet) given up on mosaic…Cheers and have a wonderful Wednesday y’all!

Good afternoon BA’s, my morning commute was canceled because of freezing rain. Homeschooling my youngest went well and we were able to finish earlier than usual. We did well on the math test, reading assignment, and finished the creative writing assignment.

I have the rest of the day off and I am currently out on the deck sipping on a new ipa from Anchor Brewing. A well made easy drinking 7% abv. wcipa. It is a bargain at $9.99 a six-pack.

And I really need to repair and stain my deck. I like to call myself a procrastinating perfectionist. I purchased the stain over two year’s ago and when I do repair and stain my deck, it will be finished to the best of my abilities. For now, I am going to sip on this beer and reseal where the retractable awning was mounted to my roof. It recently sprung a little leak and that’s not good. A waterproof sealant, flex seal, reroute the upper gutter, and refasten the bolts oughta do it.

Big blueberries nose. Taste is more blueberries pancakes with a drizzle of maple, coffee on the backend. Tasty!

 

Goodmorning/afternoon yall. Having my last spaten oktober fest now out of the bottle because this one feels right just out of the bottle. It's surprisingly light and lagery for an oktoberfest but still carries some nice malty notes. Definitely a beer flavored beer though. Pretty nice.

Good afternoon BAs! What a gorgeous Spring day with temps up in the 40s here.

Hiked a nice 11 mile loop of 7 local mountains in the Belknap range today and worked up a thirst. Very thankful to have such a beautiful place so close to home. Pretty much any trailhead is under 20 min drive.

This is possibly my overall fave from MBC, the aptly named Spring. Bottled 03/15, can't let this sit in my fridge any longer. It's just so damn good.



Doing my best to ignore the fact that it's on tap nearby at a cool place called Defiant Records.

I bought this to celebrate my 1400th beer on Untappd. It's actually not as bad as I expected, but it still sucks. I bet 2 of these would ruin your "next morning".

...the lovely bride is off to San Francisco to visit a sister this weekend hence the song, so enjoy what's in yer glass and fills yer ears ....
