    "Best Wishes" - a 9.5% abv saison from DuPont - 2/21 bottling?

    Vinous and elegant, with orchard fruit impressions plumping it up and a tangy yeast funk drying it out... Stone fruits like peach and apricot accompany white wine grapes, with a twang on the finish - amply carbonated and lightly spicy with notes of cardamom, clove, ginger, and nutmeg...

    Actually I went to the eye doc a few months ago. He told me that there is not much more he can do for my vision until I get my cataracts fixed. That said, I still am not in favor of a store selling beer months after the drink by dates especially if it has not been kept cold.

    The young man in your pic reminds me of myself 10 years or so ago. You wish Mike that you looked that good.

    Do not work too hard this week my friend.
