I dont get it..i said i was also doing Kettlebell Swings and that is almost all Posterior Chain...
    Here:
While kettlebell swings are a full-body workout, they mostly target the muscles along the posterior chain (back of the body). The main muscles used are the glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors, and muscles of the upper back.

    I appreciate it though!!

Decided to go out for lunch today on my own hit up B-Dubs and got their $3 tall pour of their wild herd kolsch.

Usually don't go to BWW but I've had the kolsch once before and liked it. Never actually sat in this location though and not gonna lie to you it kinda smells in here.

But about the beer. For 3 dollars at a restaurant it's a good deal not bad, decent maltiness and easy drinking as well with a slight hint of banana. Some off flavor in there but I can't quite put my finger on it. This keg mightve been abused. Still a good beer though. Definitely not a substitute for a pils. It's not quite crisp because of how sweet the malts are.

Sounds like you have it covered. Glad to hear it. I was not familiar with kettle bell swings so I just learned something.

When I was young I ignored most posterior muscle groups and Mother Nature was not kind to me as I aged.

I wish I could choose my beer according to the muscles I want to work! Not sure why it is but beer seems to work on my stomach. Too bad it is the fat and not muscle.

Definitely miss this place ever since I became a South OC resident. They generally always have Pliny on tap, but their beer is so good I skip it from time to time. Tustin Brewing Old Town IPA:

Rounding off my trip to the stinky Buffalo Wild Wings with a pint of 90 shilling which somehow I haven't had before which is surprising as a malt head. It's pretty good, but like all American malty beers the definitive presense of citusy hops threw me off at first. This is why I tend to gravitate towards British imports for these types of scotch ale and similar beers, but after the hops, the malts really showed themselves which I appreciate.

I was house and dog sitting the last few days, and since both doggos tend to do a lot of heckin' borking, I walk them early before other folks and doggies are at the park. Which means I've been up since 5:30. It's now noon, I'm home, and it's time for a beer.

Double Drip from Breakthru Brewing in the lovely ( it's not lovely, it's mostly factories and warehouses) Kent WA. This is a very subpar murkster.

When i was working out in gyms Deadlifts and Pendlay Rows were a must.
Compound Exercises should be a staple in every beer drinkers agenda.
Cheers brotha and thanks for suggesting something out of concern even though i had it covered!

West Coast Cartel at Liquid Mechanics. A collaboration with Bone Yard and a very well done version again this year. It's Colorado Pint Day where you get the yearly glass with a pour for $2. A buck goes to support the Colorado Brewers Guild.

A newbie for me here and it is an absolutely brilliant tasting and easy drinking 9.1% ABV American beauty. Pipeworks Unichrome DIPA. So dang crystal clear looking that it resembles a Pils or even a Kolsch. It has banana flaves up front, is fairly tropical, affably rich but not too sweet or bitter, well balanced, med-light bodied and is clean clean clean like a chrome-plated machine. Another one to be highly rated and recommended. Thank you Chicago! Cheers Advocates!

We are at OBX, NC. Hopefully, I can get the tire fixed tomorrow so I can pick up some NC beer. Had Dr Dank last year while there. Good stuff. Recycled pic.

One hundred years ago when I was younger I got into powerlifting. Deadlifts were my forte. Then squats. I sucked at benching.
