Equilibrium Brewery “Double Fractal Circular Inversion.” Notes of ripe pineapple and other tropical fruits. Pretty darn dank on this one.

 

I just got an email saying that I will not be watching the Foo Fighters (disappointing but understandable), and so the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be replacing them! I get to see both The Who and The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and all the Brass bands!

Happy Friday BA's! A windy cool low 50's day in Western NC with some snow in the higher elevations.
Picked up a four-pack of the latest TIPA from Burial at their Asheville South Slope locale while having lunch with Da Boss. Also enjoyed a draft serving after a hard session of area rug shopping this morning. Burial pretty much rotates their TIPA's between a 10 and 10.5 abv recipes with variation to the hops and yeast used. This one is less resinous and focuses on a mix of citrus and tropical hops with a zest and rind slight bitterness. All their TIPA's are solid brews for sure!
Have control of the tunes since Da Boss is off so flitting around the SiriusXM dial this afternoon and stumbled into an old Talking Heads favorite. This came out in my college years and my friends found the Heads odd but i totally dug their music and found their videos a good quirky!
