    Made the niece and I some brunch.

    Eggs (she got scrambled, not a fan of the runny egg… yet…) some bacon, found two russets so I whipped up some home fries to boot.

    Wax Wings Up in the Early Imperial Milk Stout conditioned on maple syrup, coffee, and cocoa nibs. They intended to have this look and drink more like a latte with a lighter color and body than you'd typically expect on a 12% milk stout. Long story short, it doesn't quite hit the mark for me. Details over on NBW.

    It's been a long time since I've had anything from Anchor and this one is hitting the spot and looking forward to seeing more of their beers on the local shelves. This is definitely better than its current score of (82) and would buy this one again.
