I usually do that with turkeys and chicken when I roast them in my pellet stove, I agree they come out great that way.

We're like a mile away from the beach in the shlub district. If you can slightly see the sea it's called ocean view and a 700 sq ft shack starts at a million.

 

Huge win for the Celtics! Popped an Other Half DDH Double Nelson Daydream. It's tasty, but I feel the hops are a bit muted in here with some of the sweetness going on. would still buy again though

The most brutal pit I was in was murder junkies and hank 3. It was me and my best friend, that was it. We were running in opposite circles and just smashing into each other for fun, one rotation my buddy was going low, I went high, and just then my buddy tripped. He fell headfirst at a sprint into my hip while I was at a sprint. We both clock in at over 6foot and 200 to 220. He fucked his neck up for days and I'm pretty sure he was concussed pretty bad. To this day he swears we saw bands that weren't even playing that night.

 

I’m not sure on the guitar, but it made me think Chicago. And that made me think Son Seals.

I’ve seen him a few times North Side. It was good and the Old Style was flowing.

 

Raising this one up in honor of your wife's grandpa, @BrewsOverHoes - you and your family will certainly be in my prayers during this tough time.
