    Finishing this one off. Just put some spicy jalapeno-thai chilie Bolognese sauce in the oven for dinner. Based on @Eddiehop 's excellent recipe. I just added a chopped up jalapeno and about 6 dried Thai chilies. Going to experiment with some egg based Pappardelle to see how it affects my blood sugar vs the Barilla Protein+. They have similar nutritional profiles.

    @Beer-Panda I had never seen that Hendrix clip before either. The Coors Light glass really is one of my favorites, unfortunately the mountains don't turn blue anymore so I'm never sure if my beer is cold
