He's packing up and heading out to Texas tomorrow for a big Summer Engineering internship ... not gonna lie, his mom and I are gonna miss him. Later on tonight after he finishes packing up, I see some Bourbon and a cigar together in the Beer Garden as a send off.

And yea man most of the time my brain has a hard time pronouncing things. Yards has a winter beer called Long Jawns.I can barely even say it at this point. Coffee is coughee. I pronounce long the same and jawn the same as that pronunciation in coughfee. Hard to explain. My body won't let me speak it any other way. Luckily I can spell.

 

Something big, stouty and barrelly. Brooklyn Black Ops. More barrel than stout on this one imho. Cheers!

Nope, did some smaller hills on the 52-With-A-View list. This one was from Table Mountain. Did 2 separate hikes today, the other was Hedgehog Mountain.

Good beer, great album! I had that, 60s, 70s ? long gone. Wake Me, Shake Me. Whatever happened to Danny Kalb? Story going around in those days, he'd "flipped out". Remember when people flipped out?

 

Drekker Jolly PRRRt-ers Blue Razz Slush Style Sour, 6.6% ABV. Pours thick and murky purple, with a ring of light-purple bubbles that left puree residue. Nose is a fruit mashup, which they say includes blueberry, raspberry, pineapple, blue raspberry and whatever the hell they had laying around, just pitched it all in. The raspberry flavor is prominent, followed by blueberry, moderately sweet, slightly sour. Decent smooth mouthfeel with ample carbonation. Overall excellent.
