I got mine at a place called Appalachian Vitnor in Asheville, NC. They had a couple cases left.

Ahh, shit okay. I'm really looking forward to checking out Asheville sometime, but this weekend it's just Durham to visit some family before heading back to the great white north of Utica, NY. Another time.

Pretty damn good and I will be purchasing some in stores soon.
They used Summit,Palasade,Cascade, and Magnum for this one.

I'm having a three year and one day old Ten Fidy. It's definitely different from a sixth month old or a one year old Ten Fidy. There's a little more alcohol heal, but the flavors have mellowed quite a bit overall. It's not as sweet as the one year old, which is surprising. It's interesting, but I would prefer a Ten Fidy with a year on it rather than three. I have to give special thanks to the BA who provided this can: EgadBananas.

First day of vacation . . . next work day January 2nd, so I'm ready to give'er.

    Round one:
Crisp, light, drinkable . . .would be great with spicy food or a summertime brew. However, doesn't have the depth / complexity and leaves be wanting more. It'd been a great recommendation for a rookie IPA drinker as it's VERY approachable.

Better than the rating would lead you to think. Not great, but well worth a try!!!

Moving up in the chain! For sure the best of the three.

    more to come . . .
