Really enjoyed it - leftovers from Saturday when I smoked it. I smoked it over a mix of apple wood and cherry wood.

Tonight's Blind Battle Beer Tasting Lineup:

1) Lupulin American Pils (4.5%): An "American Pilsner" from Minnesota with flavors of citrus, floral notes, and a crisp, crackery malt finish. A light flowery bitterness.
versus
2) House Premium Lager (4.8%): An American lager from California for flavors of biscuit and bread malts. Yeasty and smooth.

3) Insight Vibe (6.8%): A hazy IPA from Minnesota with flavors of lemon citrus and tropical stonefruit & peach. A smooth, yet clean finish.
versus
4) Sierra Nevada’s Hazy Little Thing (6.7%): A hazy IPA from California that has orange, lemon, citrus, and pineapple flavors. Some light pine notes.

Winners:

1) Lupulin American Pils: Hard to call it an American pilsner as it definitely leans more German. A hoppy German-style pilsner like many American breweries are making. Floral and hoppy. A great beer, but the name misleads.

3) Insight Vibe: A nice, modest NEIPA that has lemon and tropical peach flavors. Light, clean, not overpowering. Pretty good, nothing spectacular. A nice ABV and drinkability.

Safely back home and enjoying a 3 daughters FL Orange IPA. The heat is lingering tonight, 86 feels like 96. We're really looking forward to having the upcoming 4 day weekend (even tho I work some OT). It's 4 days to the beginning of the 2022 Tour de France, #stoked!!! If you have never watched it, do take in a stage or two (19 total, 21 days). The view from the high-def helicopters is 100 time better and you will see 100 times more than driving down one of the 2 lanes roads looking out a car window.....cheers BA's!!
