    Another lovely day in Western NC with temps hovering around 80 and cloudy skies.
    Enjoying the BA version of the traditional imperial stout from Zebulon out of the Asheville area. Man, love the super roasted malts of the base beer which naturally gives my palate a dark chocolate flavor. The whiskey barrel is very warming at first but compliments nicely with a touch of booze and vanilla. Finishes incredibly balanced!
    Listening to a little Howlin' Wolf from my collection. Came across an interesting jazzy version of Smokestack Lightning performed in England in 1964.

    Only made it to 5:30 Pacific Daylight Time before crashing. They played another hour and 19 minutes before two more players were eliminated, and they stopped play at ten players versus the nine originally scheduled. Four Americans remain, two from the UK, and one each from Australia, Canada, Croatia and Norway.

    No longer a Zombie after a nice morning/afternoon of sleep.

    Used to buy cases of 3 Floyds at their tap room. It has been closed for over 2 years now, very sad. It's the time, of the season, to reopen.

    Damn, advocates. There really isn't anything like homemade salsa. Super easy to make and always better than anything pre-made. I'm so serious. Stone IPA is pure bliss (at the moment). Cheers!
