    look: 3.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4

    Pale yellow body, very clear; very lively carbonation; thin yet lasting head, white with fair density. Sublime nose of light lemon and fresh grass. The taste follows along the lines of the smell; light citrus overtone supported with a mild malt and grain base; slight peppery taste coincides with the bitterness; mineral-like note in the flavor. Light body; coarse carbonation on the palate; light juiciness yet has a faint dryness overall.

    I like how this beer has some unique character in the smell, taste and mouthfeel. The mouthfeel with its carbonation suggests, to me, seltzer water. Yet it really boils down to the delicate yet complex elements noted in the smell and taste that really makes this beer stand out. This is a unique, satisfying thirst quencher.

    I ride a bicycle, 5x a week, a motorcycle 150 miles a week, I have a car and a pick'em up, I wouldn't "ride" anyplace that has traffic.....except to get someplace with no traffic...

    Man that sucks! In my 55 years of road riding I've never been hit by a car. I've been in 4-5 wrecks with other cyclists in a large group and was knocked out at age 10 crashing solo on a fast down hill. I hope you heal well and get back on the bike. It sounds like you were just a victim of shit circumstances. I have no idea what the roads or traffic are in your area, but cell phone users in my area make driving a car dangerous, much less being on a bike. Cheers and hope you heal well!!
