    Spent a couple hours hitting with the ball machine in the backyard. Hopefully that wasn't too much for my shoulder. Now Wilbur and I are watching Stranger Things.

    ...well, right off, you "don't deserve it". You just had a string of bad luck. And I concur with your assessment of the **** driver reaction to things. What a frickin' douche bag!...

    ...anyway, I hope you heal quickly and get back on the bicycle...beer does make for a respectable pain reliever (it's my 'drug of choice'), but some judicious use of aspirin works well for my old, beat up body when beer doesn't quite fit the bill...still have prescribed opioids from a major bicycle accident 19-years ago (plus a knee replacement about five years earlier)...good stuff but not my thing...your gauzed claw has what will get you through to better times...:grin:

    We got to the beach about 12pm and had a fun snorkel with lots of colorful fish, almost no coral. Picnic lunch then a stroll around the black beach and lava rocks. Left my iPhone in the car so no pics :slight_frown:. I plan on going again, so will get some photos then. Hope to be back here tomorrow. Cheers y’all!

    It was 60 or 75 minutes. We were on a waiting list for a while. Really nice tour though. Tasting was included, but was only BT, Eagle Rare, and Weller Special Reserve plus their vodka and bourbon cream. Nothing outstanding in their gift shop either. BT & Weller were the best available to purchase. Apparently, it depends on the day. Sometimes, Eagle Rare or Blanton's are available.

    I think DFH Fort was my favorite raspberry beer. Still have a few 2015s on a shelf waiting.

    They’re in southern CA, do a really good job with pilsners & lagers.
    I’m not sure what their distro is like outside the state but I’m hoping they get more exposure.
