It's a beer day for me
Fullers London Pride bitter.

It's much better and more balanced poured into a glass, for the exact reason heady topper isn't supposed to be poured. The hops balance better with the malts in the glass instead of overpowering.

 

Successful run to the beer store for my current favorite beer. Better have another while I watch the Watford v. West Brom game on ESPN+.

Tree House - Green Machine

I was not the biggest fan of Juice Machine but this one is better, as the "Green" contribution balances things out. I think. I had plenty to drink so my judgement is somewhat questionable.

 

If you don't mind my asking - who's that in your Avatar picture?

3. Select your picture and click Open

4. Copy the Hotlink for forums link and paste it in BA

 

Some Sad news in case you haven't already heard. Olivia Newton John passed away today from her 30 year battle with cancer. Always liked this one by her ... especially her video.

"Brewed with 100% Maris Otter malt and a huge amount of East Kent Goldings hops (160 calculated IBUs). Fermented with a Burton yeast then aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces for a year. Dry hopped with more EKG then bottle conditioned. "

Nothing pretentious about the Sauvin glass, it's a well designed delivery vessel. I have one too, might have to break it out later on.

 

Half Acre/Hop Butcher IPA Your Way (Citra Spectrum, Citra, Simcoe, Cashmere, HBC 586). Whenever these two hop wizards get together, you know it's gonna be good. Getting loads of bright navel orange and ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, orange and grapefruit zest, mango peel, herbaceous dankness, earthy pine resin. Saturated with hop character and finishes with a nice bitterness.

 

Lunch at the pub looks terrific… enjoyed your tune as well..
