Air conditioner crapped out this evening. Think it's a fried thermostat. Guy's supposed to be out in the morning. Luckily we had some storms come through beforehand and cool stuff down into the 80s. Stone IPA from the can in my trusty Yeti can holder. Cheers!

 

Thanks @ChicagoJ for bringing up Jack DeJohnette. Easily one of my favorite drummers, and his solo albums are among my favorites as well. I saw him with Ravi Coltrane, and Matt Garrison live, and its one of my all time favorite shows. Yes, Ravi is the son of John, and Matt is the son of Jimmy...its was music royalty.

Most of my DeJohnette albums aren't easily available anywhere....which is why I have these things called vinyl. Special Edition on the ECM label is one of the best.

Oh, a Serra Nevada Torpedo to go along with it...

Tonight's closer is an Infinite Ale Works Hop to Flow Hazy IPA and it's great. The can says 6.9% but our daughters boyfriend checked it again today during canning and it was 8.5%, either way it hides the alcohol well and tastes great. Birthdays in a few months, need to start picking what I'm gonna get myself.....

I am on the slow and steady side,,, your surgery sounds worst than a knee replacement. I have in home pt and nurse for prolly 1 more week being home bound…. So yea I’ve been cheating on that one!
